I love the concept of the ship... I often find hard to create that kind of stuff! I think it's quite original :)

this one was just a random shape at first, and part of it still is sort of, I just made some parts of it more angular and "human". IMO experimenting with shapes and doodles is a great way to create an unique alien ship. Glad you like it :)

It kind of feels like a mad cross between Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Half-Life.... which is to say I think it's fantastic!

the advert on the closest building has DX on it, it stands for deus ex :D( well it should have been DE but who cares), the designs of human revolution have been a great inspiration. and of course i love half-life as well, and every piece of art by Viktor Antonov :D so yeah, there may be some subconscious influence or elements.. quite possible. thanks for your comment, I'm glad you like the drawing

The whole design reminds me of a futuristic, other-worldly city. The building designs don't look exactly human, but as if they may have human influence. Very nice! :)

Sci-fi gives you the freedom to do whatever you want in my opinion, buildings included. it's a lot more interesting to create impossible designs, isn't it :)
